Ofer Lamdan - President & Partner
Ofer is a management consultant with extensive and diverse experience in implementing complex projects gained in over two decades of working with governmental entities, NGOs and large corporations. Ofer is in charge of Smart Sourcing's Development and Consulting Division. Prior to co-founding Smart Sourcing, Ofer was the CEO of a Tel Aviv University subsidiary specializing in project management, recruitment and supporting businesses. Ofer holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University and practices Process-oriented Psychology & Guided Imagery Therapy, which he studied at the Israel Center for Mind-Body Medicin.
Ofer brings his extensive business experience and his creative, methodical and economic thinking to the task of coordinating all the different elements in Smart Sourcing's operations, creating a harmonious relationship to achieve the most efficient and workable solutions for our clients.

Adi Amzaleg - CEO & Partner
Adi has been heading Smart Sourcing’s Operations and Project Management Division since establishing the Company in 2003. Adi brings with him over 15 years of experience in administrative and business management, building strategic partnerships and establishing solutions for governmental entities and NGOs. Prior to co-founding Smart Sourcing, Adi was the CEO of a Ben Gurion University subsidiary specializing in project management, recruitment and human resource management.
Adi's considerable experience and systematic organizational ability are vital to the ongoing management of the projects piloted by the Company and to the Company's large-scale HR recruitment operations.

Irit Rabinovich - Director of Special Projects
Irit is in charge of Smart Sourcing’s Humanitarian and Special Projects division, and brings with her over a decade of extensive experience in managing humanitarian projects such as food and emergency relief distributions; feeding programs for malnourished children; women empowerment; extracurricular activities for disadvantaged children; orphan and single-parent family support; livelihood programs such as food for work programs; construction of temporary and permanent housing for at-risk communities; HIV/AIDS awareness programs, and support programs for people living with HIV/AIDS; and operating medical clinics and psycho-social assistance. Prior to joining Smart Sourcing, Irit worked extensively in Israel, Africa and in the South Asia on various humanitarian and social projects. She served as CEO of CAP - “Chembe Aids Project" – a humanitarian organization operating in Malawi. She was also the chief coordinator of the Israeli humanitarian assistance delegation in Sri Lanka. Irit holds B.A. in Social Studies from the Israeli Open University. Irit's vast experience in working with individuals, underprivileged populaces, closed communities and non-profit organizations helps Smart Sourcing in opening lines of communication, creating opportunities, driving into action and developing creative solutions.

Sharon Zohar - Director of Projects
Sharon is in charge of Smart Sourcing’s Massive Human Resource Projects. Sharon brings with her 10 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resource management, Marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Prior to joining Smart Sourcing, Sharon served as a Marketing Consultant and Director of Marcom in technology companies such as Omikron, Delta Ltd and IMAX. Sharon holds a B.A in Communications and Management from the College of Management in Tel-Aviv, and she is a proud mother for four children! Sharon brings with her ability to multi-task towards the unique needs of our clients; taking care of our employees’ welfare and special needs; maintaining a close relationship with business partners.

Irit Kostiner - Director of Projects Development
Irit is in charge of Smart Sourcing’s Project Development and Customer Relations. Irit brings with her an experience in managing projects such as The Technology Fast 50 program (companies ranking program); Future Managers Program for gifted Youth; developing business relationships and screening business opportunities in East Asia; and HR recruitment projects. Prior to joining Smart Sourcing, Irit was Project Director at the Business Development department at- Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu - one of the "Big 5" accounting firms in Israel. Irit holds a B.A. in Business Administration, from Ben Gurion University. She is also a professional Feng Shui Consultant and a professional Volley Ball player at the National League in Israel.
Irit brings with her the ability to open doors; a highly motivated personality, together with the abilities to challenge the norm, strive to identify opportunities, networking, establishing business relationships and building value-added solution for our clients.

Michael Tanfilov - Project Coordinator
Michael is in charge of some of Smart Sourcing’s special projects. Michael brings with him over 6 years of experience working with immigrants, youth at risk and mentally ill population; and taking care of their social, educational, entertainment and personal needs. Prior to joining Smart Sourcing, Michael was a Group Instructor in SOS Children's Villages’ associations, Artistic Manager and a KVN ("Club of the Happy and Inventive" a worldwide improvisation stand up competition) Script writer and Director. Michael holds a B.A in Psychology from the Israeli Open University and he is a professional player at the Israeli KVN League and had been chosen as the 2007 Best Player & Script Writer and Best Group head in the Israeli KVN Championship. Michael brings with him the experience working with individuals from different cultures, and he has the ability to creatively serve our clients' unique needs.
